Host Homes

These are qualified and caring persons who share their personal home with Developmental Disability individuals. They provide 24 hours 7 days a week supervision, assist with medication administration, provide personal care assist, transport individual to all medical appointments and assist in creating person center goals for the individuals. Help the individuals integrate into the community.
